With 27 years experience as a Consulting Town Planner in private practice, Sandy de Beer has, for the past two decades, provided property owners and developers with sound, prompt and reliable town planning and development advice, as well as a highly professional service.

This small, hands-on Town Planning firm is situated in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, South Africa and specialises in Townships, Rezoning, Sub-Division, Consolidation, Consent Use and Removal of Restrictions applications.

Recently, Sandy de Beer has launched a joint venture with her daughter Sasha de Beer (S DE BEER & ASSOCIATES) to expand their range of professional services. S DE BEER & ASSOCIATES specialises in post-approval Town Planning procedures, specifically Regulation 38 Clearance applications. Together, the complementary practices are able to provide clients with Town Planning assistance from the beginning to the end of the planning process, in an efficient, professional and reliable manner.
